HOW AND WHY WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA
1. The Personal Data we collect:
We only ask for data to supply you with the booking forms and info you need regarding the Bra Fitting Course when you order from our website. This includes your contact details including name, email, telephone number and shipping, billing address and the order that you placed with us.
We do not store any of your payment details as this information is captured by the relevant payment provider.
If you do phone the office to book directly, then this information will be used whilst you are on the phone to process the payment, it is not captured or stored in any format. We cannot accept orders via email for this reason.

We use your personal data in the following ways:
2.1 We will process your order as per the instructions you provide. This information is securely stored within our e-commerce platform, Shopify and is not held in any other location or in any other format.
Even if you contact the office to place an order over the phone we will process the payment via our e-commerce platform, so your personal data (but not your payment details) is stored in the same secure location so we can process your order.

We produce reports for accounting purposes but this data is collated into reports such as total sales by product, month or location and is never related to specific customers.
2.3 To Protect Our or Others' Rights
2.4 For General Research and Analysis Purposes
We use tools such as google analytics and Shopify analytics to understand how visitors use our website Bra Fitting Course so we can improve the shopping experience.
