Refund policy
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on courses if you wish to cancel outside of the terms set out below. Please read the following terms carefully before booking.
We refer to "the attendee" as the person who has purchased and/or attended a course.
1. Payment
The course fee must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to attending a course. We reserve the right to allocate a course place to another attendee if full payment has not been received by this date.
2. Cancellations
If an attendee fails to attend a course, the full course fee remains payable and no refund will apply. Due to the costs associated with models, refreshments, and course materials, the course fee is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel a course in exceptional circumstances, such as severe weather or a pandemic. In such cases, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered.
3. Transferring courses
If an attendee wishes to transfer their booking to another course date, there is no administration fee. The same order reference will apply and we will confirm the new date by email. We will do our best to accommodate you on the next available course date.
4. Changing attendee details
If an attendee or their employer wishes to substitute a colleague onto the course, they may do so. Each attendee will be required to complete a booking form and read the full terms and conditions prior to attending.
5. Cooling-off period and right to cancel
For customers booking from the United Kingdom, our cancellation policy is as follows.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bookings for services taking place on a specific date may not be subject to the statutory UK cancellation period. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we offer a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of booking.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email.
If the 7-day cooling-off period has expired, or your course is due to commence within 7 days, refunds will be subject to our standard cancellation policy.
Customers residing in the European Union
If you are purchasing as a consumer and reside within an EU Member State, you may have additional statutory rights under the applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where required by law, you may withdraw from your booking within 14 days of the booking confirmation, provided the training course has not commenced and no legal exemption applies.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email within the applicable withdrawal period.
Any refund due will be made using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your valid cancellation request. To request a return or cancellation, log in to your account at https://shopify.com/27696857227/account and go to your Orders.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Digital Learning
Where a digital training module, downloadable material or online learning content is made available immediately after purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content.
By doing so, you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once access to the digital content has begun.
Virtual and Zoom consultancy
One-to-one consultancy sessions delivered by Zoom or FaceTime are booked for a specific date and time. Where applicable, statutory cancellation rights may cease once the service has begun or where you have expressly requested the service to commence during the withdrawal period.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email, please reply to the email address that confirmed your booking.
6. Part-attendance
If an attendee is unable to complete a course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate them on a future course date. Transfers will be offered subject to availability, and will only be confirmed once a course date is fully booked and running, so that no additional costs are incurred.
Part-attendance does not entitle the attendee to a partial refund.
7. Late arrivals
If an attendee arrives late for any reason, we will do our best to accommodate them. Any missed content will be covered during scheduled break times to ensure the attendee is fully up to date.
