Terms & Conditions
Attendees are advised to read the following Terms & Conditions before booking. On purchasing a place on the Bra Fitting Course you have accepted these terms.
BraFittingCourse.co.uk Terms and Conditions
1. Payment. The course fee must be paid in full 7 days prior to attending a course. We reserve the right to allocate a course place to another attendee if full payment has not been made.
2. Prices. The price quoted on the website is correct at the time of live publication. We reserve the right to change these prices at any time.
3. Cancellations. If an attendee fails to attend a course, the full course fee remains payable, and no refund will apply. Due to the high cost of models, refreshments etc the course fee is not refundable. We reserve the right to cancel the course due to extreme circumstances such as weather, pandemic and in these cases, the course would be refunded.
4. Transferring Courses. If an attendee wishes to transfer their booking to another course date, there will not be an administration fee. The same order reference would apply, and we will confirm the new date by email. We will do our best to move you onto the next course date.
5. Changing Attendee Details. If an attendee or employer wishes to substitute another colleague onto the course, they may do so. Each attendee will be required to complete a booking form and read the full terms beforehand.
6. Course Content. The bra fitting course constantly updates notes and website information. The website content, our training notes are intended as a guide. We cannot take responsibility for the attendee's interpretation of the course notes or training, after the course has taken place.
7. Course Teaching. The fitting technique and the teaching is the property of the BraFittingCourse.co.uk. The teaching, the course notes supplied is intended for personal and business use of the attendee only and are copyrighted to Lindsey Brown of the Bra Fitting Course, Mya Blue UK Ltd. By attending a course and signing these terms, an attendee agrees not to resell, rebrand the fitting technique or its teaching as their own. Anyone found doing so will be in breach of these terms.
8. Retention of Title. Purchasing a bra fitting course does not give the attendee any entitlement to own the Bra fitting course technique, the name, the design content of the website, the imagery, the phrasing of the website pages and any teaching notes. Anyone found doing so will be in breach of these terms.
9. Data Protection. We comply with the UK data protection act. Our registration number for the ICO is 2326632. To process your queries and course attendance, we retain all payments and bookings received including your name, address, phone number and email for seven years. Booking forms will be stored ongoing as by attending a course and signing our terms, all attendees have agreed not to resell, rebrand the Bra Fitting Course fitting technique or its teaching, as their own. Anyone found doing so will be in breach of these terms.
10. Law and Domicile. The content of the course, this website and these terms are set out in accordance with UK Law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
11. Professional Indemnity Insurance. We, the company have professional indemnity insurance.
12. Health & Travel Insurance. Attendees travelling from overseas are reminded to obtain travel insurance and health insurance to cover their stay in the UK.
13. Course Location. Our office address is 913A Uppingham Road, Bushby, Leicestershire. We currently hold courses at our offices and on request, hold courses at your location.
14. Business Registration. Our trading name is the Bra Fitting Course and courses can be bought online at www.BraFittingCourse.co.uk. Company Mya Blue UK Ltd. Reg. 4090798. VAT 754 637 016
