Terms & Conditions
Attendees are advised to read the following Terms & Conditions before booking. On purchasing a place on the Bra Fitting Course you have accepted these terms.
BraFittingCourse.co.uk Terms and Conditions
1. Payment. The course fee must be paid in full 7 days prior to attending a course. We reserve the right to allocate a course place to another attendee if full payment has not been made.
2. Prices. The price quoted on the website is correct at the time of live publication. We reserve the right to change these prices at any time.
3. Cancellations. If an attendee fails to attend a course, the full course fee remains payable, and no refund will apply. Due to the high cost of models, refreshments, etc., the course fee is not refundable. We reserve the right to cancel the course due to extreme circumstances such as weather or pandemic; in these cases, the course fee will be refunded.
4. Transferring Courses. If an attendee wishes to transfer their booking to another course date, there will be no administration fee. The same order reference will apply, and we will confirm the new date by email. We will do our best to move you onto the next available course date.
5. Changing Attendee Details. If an attendee or employer wishes to substitute another colleague onto the course, they may do so. Each attendee will be required to complete a booking form and read the full terms beforehand.
6. Course Content. The Bra Fitting Course constantly updates notes and website information. The website content and training notes are intended as a guide. We cannot take responsibility for an attendee's interpretation of the course notes or training after the course has taken place.
7. Course Teaching. The fitting technique and teaching are the intellectual property of BraFittingCourse.co.uk. All course content and training notes are intended for the personal and business use of the attendee only and are copyrighted to Lindsey Brown of The Bra Fitting Course, Mya Blue UK Ltd. By attending the course, the attendee agrees not to resell, reproduce, or rebrand the fitting technique or its teaching as their own. The course teaching, demonstrations, and any part of the training must not be recorded in any format. This includes video recording, audio recording, photography, or the use of wearable recording devices (including smart glasses). Anyone found to be in breach of these terms will be in violation of this agreement.
8. Photography, Filming & Model Protection. To protect the privacy, dignity, and safeguarding of our models and attendees, photography, video recording, or audio recording is strictly prohibited during all practical bra fitting sessions. Attendees must not film, photograph, or record the teaching, the models or other attendees. The use of concealed or wearable recording devices (including smart glasses) is strictly prohibited.
9. Retention of Title. Purchasing a bra fitting course does not give the attendee any entitlement to own the Bra Fitting Course technique, the name, the design content of the website, the imagery, the phrasing of the website pages, or any teaching notes. Anyone found doing so will be in breach of these terms.
10. Data Protection. We comply with the UK Data Protection Act. Our registration number for the ICO is 2326632. To process your queries and course attendance, we retain all payments and bookings received, including your name, address, phone number, and email, for seven years. Booking forms will be stored ongoing, as by attending a course and signing these terms, all attendees agree not to resell or rebrand the Bra Fitting Course technique or its teaching as their own.
11. Law and Domicile. The content of the course, this website, and these terms are set out in accordance with UK law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
12. Professional Indemnity Insurance. We hold professional indemnity insurance.
13. Health & Travel Insurance. Attendees travelling from overseas are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
14. Course Location. Our office address is 913A Uppingham Road, Bushby, Leicestershire. We currently hold courses at our offices and, on request, at your location.
15. Business Registration. Our trading name is The Bra Fitting Course, and courses can be purchased online at www.BraFittingCourse.co.uk. Company: Mya Blue UK Ltd. Reg. 4090798. VAT 754 637 016.
