We suggest everyone from a newcomer to a store owner should attend the one day bra fitting course as we will be teaching you a new method of bra fitting.

We suggest arriving from 9am for a 9:30 start and we aim to finish by 4:30pm.

Yes, we offer payment installment options through Klarna and Shop Pay at checkout. This allows you to spread the cost of your course over several payments. Please read the terms of each payment provider before signing up to pay in installments.

We are unable to offer a discount on bra fitting training as you will be getting the best training.

However, for businesses requiring extended or large group training, we can create a bespoke package and proposal. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and receive a custom quote.

The key difference is in who attends and how the training is customised:

One-to-One Course: Individual training delivered by Lindsey personally. It's just you, Lindsey, and the fitting models, allowing for completely personalized instruction at your own pace.

Bespoke Group Course: Designed for brands or businesses training 4-8 people together. The course content is tailored to your brand's specific products, fitting room setup, and business requirements.

Both formats provide the same high-quality training, with the flexibility to focus on the areas most relevant to your needs

Yes, we have several options to ensure you fully understand the training:

• Bespoke or one-to-one course: Smaller group or individual setting allows us to adjust our pace and provide extra explanation as needed
• Interpreter: You're welcome to bring an interpreter to help translate during the course
• Translated materials: We can provide course notes translated into your language

Yes, refreshments are provided throughout the day:

• Drinks on arrival
• Morning break: tea, coffee, biscuits, and fruit

Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements.

Cancellations & Refunds: If you change your mind within 7 days of booking, we can provide a full refund. After this period, refunds are not available if you do not attend, as models and course materials are booked and paid for in advance.

Rescheduling: We understand that circumstances change. If you cannot attend due to bad weather, illness (including COVID), or other unavoidable reasons, we'll reschedule you onto another available course date at no extra charge. No refund will be granted.

Yes, attendees receive a personalised certificate once they have successfully completed the bra fitting course and also the advanced bra fitting course. We can provide a JPG and PDF version by email.
