20 Years of Professional Bra Fitting Education

For over twenty years, The Bra Fitting Course has helped women build confidence, expertise, and successful careers within the lingerie industry. Developed by Lindsey Brown, the course draws on more than two decades of experience across lingerie retail, design, manufacture, consultancy, and specialist training.

Founded on a Master's Research Degree

Lindsey teaches students how to fit bras by eye, without the use of a tape measure, enabling fitters to assess shape, support, and comfort holistically rather than relying on outdated sizing formulas. Her distinctive non-tape-measure method was created during Lindsey Brown’s Master’s Research Degree, where she specialised in bra design and the compression and support of breast tissue.
